C.O.S.I. has rapidly grown to covering all aspects of the Orthotic and Prosthetic industry. C.O.S.I. now has six locations throughout the NY Metro Area with credentialed staff. Compared to other companies, C.O.S.I. is able to produce a quick turn around time with custom orthoses and prosthetics which is possible with our fabrication lab in our Gramercy location.
