Ultraviolet brand was founded by designer Nicole Mebane in 2015. Nicole, a former footwear designer for Kenneth Cole, ventured out on her own, way back when, in 2010 with the launch of her jewelry design company, Nu Bambu. After several years of growing that business, and many successes, Nicole decided to take things to the next level, and start an entire lifestyle brand. Thus, Ultraviolet was born.

Ultraviolet is is based in the legendary Brooklyn, NY, and pulls inspiration from nature, the Universe, the city, and the whimsical.
